The 4ugroup is an umbrella company, comprising of three public international e-commerce enterprises.

The group has further public projects currently in development which are soon to be released, and also a range of private enterprises, which will remain anonymous to maintain client confidentiality.

The group originated from two separate companies that merged to incorporate their individual professions in order to provide more advanced services to clients.
Shortly following the merge, 4ugroup expanded its client base and has grown rapidly ever since.
